HOW YOUR ORDER PROCESSED AND HANDLED, & YOUR RIGHTS

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • Standard Order Processing within Australia: orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends  and public holidays).
  • Express Order Processing within Australia: order by 11:00 AM local time for same‑day dispatch or by 8 PM for next day dispatch during business days  (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Rest of the World Orders: orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends  and public holidays in Australia) via DHL/UPS/FedEx/Sendle.
  • Gift items/Custom pieces: Please allow 1 extra business day for crafting before shipment. We’ll notify you if your item requires additional time.
  • All orders are packed and shipped directly from our business premises located in South Australia.
  • We take every shipment seriously and make every effort to ensure items are securely packaged and delivered to our customers. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for dispatch or has been dispatched. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.

Note: If your order is urgent, please inform us, and we will make every effort to prioritise it and keep you updated via email. 

2. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer several delivery options at checkout. Rates are calculated at the cart stage and are based on destination, service level, and total order value.

Domestic (within Australia):

  • Standard Economy: Estimated Delivery 5–7 business days — FREE on orders over $70; otherwise $9.90
  • Express Shipping: Estimated Delivery 2–3 business days — FREE on orders over $170; otherwise $17.90 (order by 11:00 AM local time for same‑day dispatch or by 8 PM for next day dispatch)

New Zealand:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping via Courier Australia Post/DHL/UPS/FedEx/Sendle): Estimated Delivery 7–15 business daysFREE on orders over $250; otherwise $25

Rest of the World:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping via Courier Australia Post/DHL/UPS/FedEx/Sendle) Estimated 10–15 business days — International Shipping fee A$39.90 will be charged. 

Note: transit times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs, weather, or peak volumes. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer. We will choose the most suitable courier service based on the destination and delivery speed, using information provided by our partners and third-party services. If your order is urgent, please inform us, and we will make every effort to prioritise it and keep you updated via email.

3. FRREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD

We offer complimentary domestic shipping on orders over $70 Australia-wide during promotional periods, which will be clearly indicated at checkout. Aura Adorns reserves the right to withdraw any shipping-related promotions within Australia or internationally at any time without prior notice.

4. ORDER TRACKING

All shipments include tracking number allowing you to monitor the delivery progress. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

5. SIGNATURE & INSURANCE

Aura Adorns also offer complementary insurance on orders valued over $300 will be insured and may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before dispatch. (Note: Waiving may affect insurance coverage for loss/theft after delivery.

6. PACKAGING & GIFT

We take every shipment seriously and make every effort to ensure items are securely packaged and delivered to our customers. We ship in discreet and protective packaging to reduce theft risk.

All the gift items will be securely packed in our premium packaging to ensure it safely reached to your loved ones. However, we will not be held liable for any damage or loss once the package left our facility.

7. PO BOXES, PARCEL & RESTRICKED ADDRESS 

We strongly recommend that all orders to be addressed to a residential address, as some courier services do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, freight forwarders, or addresses restricted by export regulations or carrier policies.

Aura Adorns has no control over shipments to locations that are deemed undeliverable by our courier partners and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such circumstances. Customers will be responsible for any costs associated with returns and reshipment to a corrected address. Complimentary delivery will not apply in these cases. Aura Adorns reserves the right to deduct applicable charges from the total order value and will contact you for any outstanding balance.

8. LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, local and international orders may incur duties, taxes, and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility and are payable upon delivery. Aura Adorns has no control over delays caused by customs or local authorities for any reason. It is the customer’s responsibility to settle all applicable fees, duties, and taxes required to release the shipment.

Failure to comply with local regulations or payment requirements does not constitute any responsibility on the part of Aura Adorns, and we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or forfeiture of your shipment/order under customs or local authority regulations. In such cases, no refund and replacement will be produced. 

9. ADDRESS CHANGE & ORDER EDITS

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the order details, including item selection, order value, and shipping address, before placing an order. Once a parcel has been shipped, changes to the order or address are generally not possible.

Aura Adorns shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer, nor for order items, value or payment submitted by the customer.

10. FAILED DELIVERY, RETURNED PARCELS & RE-SHIPMENTS

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, refusal, or unpaid duties, we can either re-ship the order (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund for the applicable amount after deducting incurred shipping charges, any return or processing fees charged by the carrier, and a 10% processing fee based on the total order value. Applicable refund amount will be transferred within 7 business days.

11. PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS

If your order contains pre‑order/backorder items, we’ll ship the entire order once all items are available. If you prefer split shipments, please contact us (additional shipping fees may apply) at info@auraadorns.com.au

12. HOLIDAY CUT-OFFS

We publish seasonal cut-off dates for major holidays and non-operational breaks on our website. Placing your order before these dates helps ensure timely delivery.
